1. License & Permitted Usage

CeylonPrompts provides high-performance prompt engineering templates for AI video generation tools including Kling, Hailuo, Luma, Runway, and Midjourney.

Generated Content: You own 100% of all videos, graphics, audio, and media generated using our prompts. You are granted worldwide, perpetual commercial rights to monetize, publish, and distribute your generated videos on YouTube, Facebook, TikTok, Instagram, and client productions.
Prompt Asset Protection: You may not scrape, republish, resell, or distribute CeylonPrompts' proprietary prompt databases, text files, or prompt bundles as a standalone competing prompt marketplace.

2. User Accounts & Security

When creating an account, you must provide accurate information. You are responsible for safeguarding your password and notifying us immediately of any unauthorized account access. CeylonPrompts provides self-service password management in the member portal.

3. Subscriptions & Billing

Creator Pro subscriptions renew automatically monthly unless canceled before the billing date. You can cancel your subscription at any time without cancellation fees from your account settings. VIP Lifetime purchases are one-time payments granting permanent access.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree not to use CeylonPrompts or its prompts to generate defamatory, obscene, illegal, or infringing content that violates third-party rights or applicable laws.

5. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our prompts are crafted to maximize virality and visual quality. However, third-party AI model providers frequently update model checkpoints and outputs. We do not warrant that third-party AI platforms will operate uninterrupted or without alterations.

6. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws without regard to conflict of law provisions.
