At CeylonPrompts, we stand behind the quality of our engineered viral prompts. This Refund Policy describes the terms and process for cancellations and refund requests.

1. Subscription Cancellations

You can cancel your recurring Pro membership at any time with a single click. When you cancel:

• Your subscription will not renew on the next billing cycle.
• You retain full access to all prompts until the end of your prepaid billing period.
• There are no cancellation fees or lock-in contracts.

2. 14-Day Refund Eligibility

We provide full refunds within 14 days of your initial purchase under the following circumstances:

• You experienced technical difficulties accessing your account or prompt text that our support team was unable to resolve.
• You were accidentally charged twice or billed due to a payment processing duplicate.
• You are dissatisfied with the prompt collection and submit a request within 14 days of initial activation.

3. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, simply send an email to support@ceylonprompt.online with:

• Your registered account email address.
• Transaction date and receipt ID.
• A brief description of why the prompts did not meet your expectations (helps us improve).

Approved refunds are typically issued back to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
